About the position

HintEd is a Digital Adoption Platform that helps companies increase their productivity by making employee training and user onboarding for enterprise software more efficient. HintEd streamlines the process of employee onboarding, virtually eliminating the 20 — 40 hours of software training. As a result, companies get lower turnover, faster onboarding, and lower training and support costs.

HintEd offers on-screen tutorials to guide users step-by-step when executing a task. The platform implements a training and support layer on top of web and/or Windows applications and enables enterprises to engage their employees by delivering just-in-time in-application guidance.

As the company continues to rapidly expand in LATAM, we are seeking a Sales Professional to manage all aspects of the sales cycle, with a focus on potential Major Accounts across LATAM.

What You'll Do

  • Expand HintEd's client base!
  • Create new business through outbound opportunities
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads
  • Use creative communications designed to increase customer interest in HintEd products
  • Research prospective clients and acquire high-level contacts
  • Conduct conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Methodically qualify and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, and social selling

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 2+ Years of Outbound Lead generation experience
  • Fluent Spanish
  • English level C1 or higher
  • Have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery, and speaking to multiple decision-makers
  • Interest in technical SaaS Sales
  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent business experience.
  • Hubspot CRM experience is a plus
